You asked me to stop eating wheat, and to cut back on tomatoes and salt. All helped, but wheat was the big one for me. As soon as I stopped eating bread, pasta, biscuits and cakes made from wheat the acid stopped. I have been surprised to find it hidden in so many things (soups etc.) that I have learned to ask in restaurants because I now realize that I get terrible indigestion as soon as I eat the tiniest amount.
This has changed my life, I am not kidding. I was so sick and tired and puffy all the time and now I feel great. I am also losing weight which is lovely. Thank you!
